Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery Policy? 


We deliver to all of Los Angeles and some surrounding areas.
Please note: for funeral service deliveries ,We always call first and get the arrangement there when the director at the mortuary, cemetery, etc. advises us to (usually 1 hour before or earlier)
Please note : for business deliveries, please let us know of any special instructions (hours of business, building, department, suite, phone extension, etc...and cell number.
For home deliveries, if recipient is not home we will leave the arrangement with a neighbor or porch it if we feel it is safe and out of the direct sunlight.

Substitution Policy?


Occasionally, flower/plant/fruit/gourmet or container substitutions may be necessary due to availability and to ensure that we get your order out in a timely manner. We take extra care to maintain the color and style of the arrangement, using flowers, etc. of equal or greater value.
Refund Policy
Satisfaction Policy- please contact us immediately by email or phone, and we will gladly provide a discount or replacement. Any problems must be reported within 4 days of delivery. Wrong addresses where delivery was attempted, and/or orders cancelled last minute after arrangement has been made will be refunded for the product price less cost of goods.
